MOST EXPENSIVE CAR IN THE WORLD, COSTS N533m

Lykan Hypersport, the first Middle East supercar is set to hit the market at the Qatar auto show with a whooping $3.4million cost.

Lykan is a product of WMotors, a Dubai based auto firm. The current model of the car lacks an interior and drivetrain, but will be powered by a midship flat-six engine from RUF, the company famous for custom Porsches.

The engine is said to produce 750 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque, which could be enough to make the Lykan Hypersport’s claimed 242-mph top speed plausible.

The headlights will feature diamond-encrusted LEDs, while the hood will be gold-plated – the perfect complement to the rest of the car’s lightweight construction.

Can a Nigerian actually buy this kind of car when the sales commence? I wouldn't be surprised too, if bought by any. Afterall, Obat oil's Chairman, Oba Fredrick Obateru, became the first black man to acquire the 2014 Bentley.
